My international and domestic business experience includes 30 years executive level experience to include manufacturing, retail, sales/marketing and the service industry. As an Executive Vice President and COO I was responsible for the acquisition of eleven (11) competitive corporations and the sale (spin-off) of five (5) dissimilar companies. In 1987, I traveled 600 miles up the Amazon River (Brazil) to negotiate the sale of an operating catfish processing plant conducted in Portuguese. Last fiscal year I helped eight (8) owners of companies market and sell their businesses.
