Even though it is the desire of the Seller to sell the Real Estate along with the dealerships, a new long term Lease with standard terms and increases could be provided. The seller will consider a first right to purchase at a fixed price with a short term trigger.
Growth/Expansion: The Company is stable, profitable and over three decades old with strong growth potential within the current product offerings and core field of expertise. BMW has a very exciting model succession plan and is entering into new market segments.
