The owner, who is not a doctor or a medically trained person, is the general manager of the business and works about a 40 hour week.

Facilities: : The facility has 2400 sq. ft. with usage as ambulatory care center and doctors office. In-common parking is available. The lease term is 5 years from 3/1/04- 2/28/09.
