This Company provides poured concrete construction services primarily in the commercial building trades to either the real property owner or to a general contractor overseeing the entire job. They distinguish themselves from the competition by their ability to be competitive on the smallest repair job to very large new commercial structures. The sales and reputation of the Company are strong enough to warrant interest by any number of individuals or groups whose strength could be either in management, sales or marketing. Some knowledge of building trades would be a plus, however, with the workforce, a new owner could fit into any number of positions in the company. Competition: This company is one of the largest in its field between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. One of the company s strengths is its financial stability and ability to handle all aspects of the job. Some of the competitors do not have the credit to buy materials for a job and must bid it requiring the owner or general contractor to pay for all materials. Many jobs require the use of union labor and this also gives this company an advantage. The completion of the new U.S. courthouse in downtown Youngstown is an example of this.
