Company provides health care professionals the ability to offer quality healthcare without the fear of unwarranted lawsuits in the present litigious environment by providing the ultimate in exceedingly accurate, multi-media, medical records. The company has two premier products, the "Reliable Witness" , which provides secure audio and visual documentation of patient/physician encounters and the "Tattletale" which offers doctors information on new patients and their backgrounds regarding lawsuits.

Competition: Company believes there is no current competition anywhere in the marketplace and believes the timing to be excellent to expand company nationally.

Growth/Expansion: Realizing that approximately 25% of doctors get sued annually, the biggest marketing tool will be to make the medical field aware of our very secure and cost effective product line. This will be done through conventions, the many media sources, infomercials, etc. Because there is currently NO COMPETITION, we realize the need for expansive marketing immediately upon funding and are prepared to do so.
