Company designs and develops innovative, safe, and all-natural health-oriented performance enhancement products for competitive athletes from age 12 and up that meet or exceed the new FDA requirements that were set on June 27, 2007. Coach Tom Shaw, formerly the strength and conditioning coach for the New England Patriots and now with his own camps, has replaced EAS supplements with XP products due to better results. In April s 2007 NFL draft, coach Shaw had in his camps, six #1 selections, including three in the top ten and his players are using the XP product line.

Facilities: 3,000 sq. ft., mostly warehouse space, annual lease, $650.00 month lease.

Competition: Company has developed the ONLY truly safe, effective and natural performance-enhancing nutritional products that has FDA approval. The FDA passed new regulations on June 27, 2007, that will require all competitive based products to conform within the next 2 years or risk possible fines and/or losing their licenses to sell their products.

Growth/Expansion: The reason for selling a portion of the company is to raise the capital necessary to fully implement the marketing plan throughout the entire USA via the normal marketing channels plus utilizing the company's contacts within the numerous training camps currently being run by professional coaches, ball players of all sports, etc.
