Background:
John Eucalitto, President, has owned and operated several Franchised and non-Franchised businesses since 1987,including the development of the Blimpie brand throughout Connecticut and Westchester/Rockland, New York. Other ventures include ProXcavation, a compact excavation company, No Anchovies, an Italian restaurant concept in West Palm Beach, Florida, Eagle Cleaners, a dry cleaning franchise, as well as executive positions with Blimpie Associates, LTD, franchisor of Blimpie, and Edible Arrangements International, franchisor of Edible Arrangements and Frutation.
Richard Tarascio, Vice President, has owned and operated several Franchised businesses since 1994, including multiple Blimpie locations and an Edible Arrangements. Richard also held Compliance and Operations positions with Blimpie International, Inc. and Blimpie Associates Ltd, franchisor of Blimpie, and distribution positions in the Broadline Food Distribution business.
Anthony Taylor, Secretary, has worked in the franchise/restaurant industry for the past 26 years. He has held various managerial positions within the coffee/donut industry and for the past 7 years has developed Blimpie locations throughout Connecticut and Central Florida (within Walmart locations). He has recieved numerous regional and national nominations and awards for his outstanding management abilities.
