In 2005 I made $20,659 In 2006 I made $19,014 In 2007 I made $19,090 In 2008 I made $15,108 I started my new career in 2008 and have turned down a lot of pet sitting jobs which is why I didn't make as much money that year and this year. The only expenses with this business is gas and pet sitting insurance $175 per year, that's it and the rest is all profit!

Competition: There are many times more animals than there are pet sitters and competition has never been a problem for me in this industry.

Growth/Expansion: I don't do any marketing at all, my business is all referrals and word of mouth. Someone could really grow this business with a website, phone book ad, hiring on more help, making brochures and leaving them at Vet clinics, dog walking service, etc

Support/Training: I will train the new owner and to make sure the business continues to grow and they can call me anytime.

Reason Selling: I have another business and just don't have the extra time to do both.
