Facilities: Sale Includes 1) two premium domain names that rank #1 and #2 for their keywords. No marketing has ever been done for the site. 2) The SEO'd customized website - completely turnkey. Includes online order tracking system and more (uses OsCommerce). 3) Over 12,000 real people facebook fans, none of whom have been marketed to by the company. 4) Over 1200 paid customers, some regulars - none of whom have ever been marketed to.
Competition: Due to our strong google ranking (top 1&2 position) , we've never had to do any marketing, and we charge higher prices than most of our competitors. Our markup is over 60 percent.
Growth/Expansion: We could probably increase our sales substantially by lowering our prices a bit. We believe we can more the double our facebook fan base and triple our sales by implementing a relatively inexpensive application that promotes our products to our fans. Our customer services is pretty poor, and could use a lot of improvements (response times) that could helps sells substantially. We could use the 1200+ customer emails to do some email marketing or customer appreciation promotions, which we've never done.
