We are the largest single office listing broker in the entire state of NJ. We currently list nearly 100 new listings each month. We belong to every MLS in the state, and list in every NJ county. We are a flat fee company who gets paid UP FRONT to list properties in the MLS and Realtor.com. This is an absolute cash machine. Most Realtors believe it's the way all Real estate listings will be done in 5 years. All of the listings are done totally online, and through email, so the business can be run out of a 400 sq' office anywhere in the state . The NAR is constantly publishing articles on how the traditional brokers can TRY to survive against Flat Fee brokers. We have been featured on ABC's World News Tonight, and the business model was featured on CBS's 60 Minutes. I think the entire industry is in agreement that the listing side of Realestate, as it now stands, will not be around very long. Both the DOJ and the FTC are very interested in seeing discount Realtors like us flourish. A similar situation occurred 10-15 years ago in the securities industry, and the large securities brokers who embraced the new discount models are the ones who are on top now. The others who looked at it as a passing fad collectively lost billions in market share. It's also a very franchisable business, that could be franchised all over the country. We're only asking 3x earnings for this business
