The manager of the other motel refers tenants to this motel especially during hunting season when there are no rooms available anywhere. Also there is clientele who always come to the Lodge Motel as a preference over the larger and louder more commercial competition.
Growth/Expansion: A good continental breakfast, coffee available at all times and a good customer service attitude. At present, the motel has room for growth as it stands. The motel has a potential of doing $500 per night with the ten motel rooms only. The tenant income is averages $200 per night without the usual things generally proviided to the tenants like morning snacks and coffee, etc. A customer service oriented owner could bring the motel rental rate up.
