PokerBling.com is an online poker jewelry retailer and wholesaler. Our specialty is selling novelty poker bracelets similar to the poker bracelets awarded at the televised WSOP Main Event poker tournament. Our revenues are comprised of approximately 60% retail sales and 40% wholesale sales. We use a third-party manufacturer in China to produce our original bracelet designs. Our margins are very good, with retail gross margin at approximately 75% and wholesale gross margin approximately 50%. Overhead is practically zero. By purchasing PokerBling, the buyer will receive full ownership of the PokerBling.com Web site. Buyer will also receive full rights to all PokerBling jewelry designs, logo, mailing list (800+ registered users), photographs and images, and any retained inventory. Inventory is valued at approximately $13,000 as of 10/05/09. Retail value of said inventory is approximately $65,000.

Facilities: Limited physical assets. Currently have one shelving/rack set up with inventory and shipping supplies. Small footprint and easily set up anywhere.

Competition: We are the sole manufacturers of our style of poker bracelet, and the largest manufacturer of poker bracelets in the world. Since our launch three years ago, there have been a few other types of poker bracelet brought to market, but they are primarily sold on eBay by individuals. If you do a quick search for poker bracelets online, you will be hard-pressed to find any other bracelet than ours available. Please keep in mind that the retailers selling our poker bracelets online buy their bracelets from us wholesale.

Growth/Expansion: There are a number of growth and expansion opportunities available. Most notably, expanding distribution beyond the online market. Brick and mortar shops and casinos are a prime target for expansion. Adding new products to our line is also a huge opportunity. We currently have a strong customer base, and good exposure and visibility. However, our product scope is still somewhat limited and could be expanded. Even offering other types of poker products not manufactured by ourselves could prove to be a nice area for growth.

Support/Training: Training provided to familiarize buyer with shopping cart system and how to update Web site.
