This owner is selling a fully functional online/web based Texas Education Agency (TEA) certified driver improvement training program for traffic ticket dismissal and insurance reduction. The license allows for class room courses as well. The owner is selling the course as he has very little time, or the necessary funds, to properly market the course necessary to expand sales. The owner has spent very little money to market the course. The course is currently priced at $25/student (the lowest allowed by the state) whereas a certain competitor has a course priced at $39/student and is realizing 3,000-5,000 students per month; this course is currently realizing less than 200 students per month. Currently, first line of tech-support is outsourced, with second level covered by a part time/on call employee.
