This company was founded by the current owner's father decades ago. They manufacture one of the best quality roof vents for residential construction available. They do so at competitve prices as they are very efficient in their factory with skilled employees. Most of the sales are within a 100 mile radius of the plant, but several years ago sales reached a 250 mile radius. The Seller has not made a sales call in a number of years and has let the poor economy and sour construction market erode his base of sales. Just four years ago, sales were about $3 Million with over $1 Million in cash flow. Current sales volume is about $1M. The owner is ready to retire. He also owns the real estate which he prefers to sell with the business, but will also lease it.
