CT Industries LLC was established as Cultured Trim Inc. in October of 2000. The company was designed for the production and national distribution of its patented architectural building product. This product was developed to release the old world craftsmanship in today s Builders and Architects, enabling them the ability to purchase and utilize a reliably accurate and rapidly produced superior alternative to Natural Limestone. For the past 200 plus years the demand for Natural Limestone has been diluted by Pre-Cast Concrete, a less expensive and more accessible alternative. Pre-Cast products have fallen short of delivering the quality and performance of sculpted Limestone, shear cost and production time drove the demand. Since the introduction of engineered alternatives, such as Cast Polymer counter tops, Synthetic Stone, and Composite lumber for decks and fences. The architects and builders have been released to express their artistic creativity with out incurring the cost of hand crafted materials. Engineered building products not only provide cost reduction through efficiencies of manufacturing, they also offer quality control and durability by selecting application specific materials. CT Industries patented formula is lab tested and proven to out perform Natural Limestone and Pre-Cast concrete in strength, weight and durability. It has performed superior in a 30 year accelerated lab test for moisture intrusion, high intensity UV, and fire retardency. The resulting product is visibly exact in its ability to replicate natural limestone. Since the introduction of the product in the fall of 2001, it has been displayed on more than 1200 homes, 50 buildings and show cased on 5 Parade homes. The first builders to purchase the product continue to use it today. Given the demand for European Architecture, the timing for the product has been ideal and unquestioned.

Competition: The MANICAN base material is a custom blended Polyester Resin which utilizes a Catalyst to chemically initiate the curing process. This is a patented process.

Growth/Expansion: Two products showed the greatest potential, Fire Place Surrounds and Architectural Signage. Of the two, Architectural Signage provided the most reliable distribution vehicle, with 33,000 sign shops and an aggressively growing number of independently operated franchises.
