Founded in 2002, the Company provides repair and maintenance services to the power industry nationwide. Management believes the Company should be attractive for the following reasons: 1. The domestic and international markets are largely untapped, 2. The lack of sophisticated competition, 3. The trend towards environmental compliance, 4. The utility market remains highly competitive which dictates frugal maintenance practices, 5. The tendency for customers to rely on one proven service provider. The Company is owned and operated by two owners and has 6 full-time employees.
