Palazzolo s product has a 6 month shelf life the instant products that are out there only last a few days.

Growth/Expansion: Since this is the only actual food product we sell, little effort or emphasis has been placed on the marketing of the product leaving the customers / prospects virtually untapped in the Central Texas region. Retail venues such as HEB or high end specialty retailers could be a solid target area of attack. To expand on your product line, there are many other gelato related items such as the unique spoons, cups, spatulas, and even high-end refrigerated cases that could be offered to your customers.
