This location has been a convienence store for 21 years. i purcased it in 2001 and gross sales were around 450,000 2008 gross was 1.3 mill that is all inside store and deli sells. no gas. located off I 75 motels around it, dominant local store as well. 8 yrs of growth over previos year. deli is so strong because off the bbq recipe and sauce recipe would spend month or so training on the bbq it is known as the some of the best bbq you have ever had i will garuntee the bbq and sauce the bbq is about 32% of total deli sales. we sell a lot of everything in deli. 9 straight years of building this up , now because of health reasons need to sell. 9 employees that have been there over 6 years excellent staff forgot to mention that i do about 30,000 a year catering also we are located at the hub of norris lake as well cove lake state park. we sell a very good amount of fishing bait and hunting equipment as well. deli sales were around$275,000.00

Competition: The market i am in is small town. i have all the local business but i am also 500 yards from I 75 our exit is designed for travelers and my interstate billboard is perfect. also we are located at the hub of norris lake and cove lake state park, the redlight 700 yards from my nusiness has atraffic count of 14750 per day, both directions 3500 in front of store traffic

Growth/Expansion: I took it from $450,000 a year to 2009 will be around 1.45 mill. the building needs another 300 square ft for the deli and there is room to do it i do around $30,000 a year catering as well so you can see the the deli is very busy and diverse: lots of everything

Support/Training: First of all , i would teach the buyer the art of my bbq and the recipe for the sauce the deli staff that is in place are awesome, my manager has been with me for 8 years, she was my first hire the deli did$300,000 in08 the bbq was only 27-32% of gross deli sales that does not count the catering
