The Denver-based company has current customers, specialized software, a website, new computers and computer networking equipment, furniture, and other equipment. The collection agency presently has a portfolio of over $700,000 in customer collections accounts, including court judgments that have already been obtained against debtors. The collection agency will be transferred to you with all its equipment. That is included in the asking price. The equipment includes computers, software, monitors, desks, chairs, phones, phone system, and much more. There are also several reference books and texts, including legal publications, relating to the rules, laws, and regulations relating to collection agencies. The collection agency is fully-licensed in Colorado. It s license number is #990242. It can also collect debts in most other jurisdictions. The Colorado license is active and in good standing. There are no claims, lawsuits, or other issues whatsoever. All licensure fees, totaling over $1,650, have been paid in full. Nor does the company have any debts or other unpaid liabilities other than its lease agreement. It is $2,250 per month (including utilities). The seller will consider any qualified buyer. But not everyone will qualify, as you MUST have a good personal credit rating in order to have access to the credit bureaus own reporting systems (to report debtors who do not pay).
