The March Group currently represents a general contractor experienced in all facets of construction, including carpentry, concrete, site work, suspended ceiling, steel erection and drywall. While the Company has worked on residential projects in the past, all recent work has been commercial (90 percent) and industrial (10 percent). Past projects have included churches, hospitals, office buildings, schools, medical clinics, metal buildings, and retirement communities. Approximately 75 percent of projects are new construction and 25 percent are remodel.

Facilities: Company headquarters occupies 3,600 sq. ft. of office space in a strip center. The facility is owned by the shareholder and leased to the Company at a fair market rate of $600 per month. In addition to the office space, behind the office is a 10-acre fenced yard for storage of vehicles and equipment. The value of the building and property is estimated to be $380,000.

Competition: Due to the commercial and industrial building concentration, the overall housing market and economic slowdown does not typically affect the Company s clientele.

Support/Training: Given an agreeable deal structure and compensation package, the owner is amenable to remaining with new management during a transition period.
