Facilities: All equipment currently installed in customers facilities is included in purchase price.

Competition: Competition is almost non-existent in East TN. Aire-Master's proprietary odor control products are manufactured in a FDA approved manufacturing facility and contain true deodorants (not air fresheners) that eliminate odors at their source. They are superior to any on the market and are unavailable to would-be competitors.

Growth/Expansion: We have focused primarily on offering deodorizing services and paper products. However, cleaning services and other related products could be added. The corporate office is committed to helping each franchise grow by offering quality products at affordable prices and providing ongoing support that includes teleconference calls, regional meetings and national conferences. Your personal vision is the only limitation to growth and expansion.

Support/Training: Included in the purchase price is five days training in sales, operations and administration at the corporate office for 2 people (airfare, hotels, and some meals included) and five days sales training on site by a corporate sales representative.
